This Privacy Policy explains how Moonraker Labs, LLC (“ChromaDrive,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the ChromaDrive mobile app (the “app”). ChromaDrive is a car-spotting collectible game: you photograph real cars, our AI identifies and scores them, and you build a garage of your finds.
Information we collect
Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address and password through our authentication provider (Supabase). Your profile includes a username, display name, avatar image, and bio.
Content you create. Photos of cars that you take or upload, and any notes and location you choose to add to a spot.
Information we derive. From your photos and activity we generate and store: identified car metadata (make, model, year, trim, and color), rarity scores, your stats (such as total spots and score and streaks), badges and milestones, the source of a spot (camera or photo library), and timestamps.
Social information. Friend relationships you create. Your username, avatar, score, and best tier are shown to your friends and on leaderboards.
How we use your information
- Identify and score the cars you photograph.
- Build and maintain your garage of finds.
- Compute your stats, badges, milestones, and leaderboard standings.
- Enable social features such as friends and leaderboards.
- Operate, maintain, and secure the app.
How your information is shared
Service providers. We use third parties to run the app:
- Supabase — provides our backend, database, authentication, and image storage.
- OpenAI— when you capture a car, the photo is sent to OpenAI’s GPT-4o vision model to identify the car and estimate its rarity.
Information visible to others. Car images are stored in a publicly readable storage bucket, which means an image file can be opened by anyone who has its URL. Your profile information (username and avatar) and your leaderboard standings are visible to other users of the app.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising or ad targeting.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time in the app under Settings → Delete Account (which asks you to confirm twice). Deleting your account removes your authentication record and cascades deletion of your associated data and your stored images.
Your choices and controls
- Edit your profile, notes, and a spot’s location in the app.
- Delete your account at any time, as described above.

Children
ChromaDrive is not directed to children under 13, and you must be at least 13 to use the app. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, contact support@chromadrive.com and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above and post the updated policy on this page. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as through an in-app notice.
