Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ChromaDrive mobile app (the “app”), operated by Moonraker Labs, LLC (“ChromaDrive,” “we,” “us”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 to use ChromaDrive. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement and are able to enter into these Terms.

License to use the app

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the app for your own use. You may not sell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or exploit the app or any part of it except as permitted by law.

Your content

You own the photos you capture and the notes you add (“your content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your content as needed to operate the service — including sending your car photos to our AI provider to identify and score them, and storing and displaying images and standings as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the content you capture and upload, and you represent that you have the right to do so. You agree not to capture or upload content that is unlawful, infringes someone else’s rights, exposes other people’s private or sensitive information, or is otherwise objectionable. Note that car images are stored in a publicly readable location, as described in the Privacy Policy.

AI accuracy disclaimer

Car identifications, rarity scores, valuations, and facts in the app are AI-generated estimates provided for entertainment only. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and are not guaranteed. They are not financial, investment, appraisal, insurance, or market advice, and you should not rely on them to make decisions.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• manipulate or game scores, stats, streaks, badges, or leaderboards, or submit content that does not reflect a genuine spot;
• use bots, scripts, or other automated means to abuse or disrupt the service;
• harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users;
• attempt to breach, probe, or interfere with the security or integrity of the service;
• use the app in violation of any applicable law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these Terms or to protect the service or its users. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time under Settings → Delete Account.

Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moonraker Labs, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the app.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
